Friend EXP claim to EPs? Empty Friend EXP claim to EPs?

When you hit max level, everytime you get EXP from your friends working hard, you can't claim it, this makes it useless, if your Level 255, and you have like, 30.00 EXP remaining, its annoying sometimes, well to me atleast, don't know about others, but.

How about making it so it can convert to EPs? Idk what to suggest it going to, 1.000 = 20k EPs?

I dont know, ill leave that part up to you =D
