Suggestion/contest for St.Patricks Day

I have an idea for an event, more like a contest actually, for St.Patricks day......have an editing contest that starts like from the 5th til the 10th of march to get entries in, then have ppl vote on them til like the 14th, and the one that gets the most votes wins and gets added in to the game for St.Pats day, but make it a limited time casual, like meaning after the 17th (which is St.Pat day) they will be not be able to buy them. I don't know just an idea.

and they'd have to be green, of course
