Monthly Staff Evaluation process

Well, with an influx of new applicants, I have decided that at the end of each month, I will evaluate the performance of all current staff members and decide whether or not they will keep their jobs. I understand that I don't see everything you all do, but my decisions will mostly be based on activeness and willingness to help. How I will determine who is helping or not, that is for me to know, but I assure you all, it will be fair.

My main concern is that we have people who WANT to help, and sometimes our staff slack off and stop.

To all applicants: With an evaluation of staff, I will be choosing new staff to fill any gaps. Positions will go to the most friendly, qualified and active person. I will review all applications personally.

To all staff members CURRENTLY: No-one except King[PM] and those on medical leave are exempt from this. I obviously cannot evaluate myself fairly, so I will ask that a member of staff post their opinions of my performance in the staff only section, and others can read and comment it.

I am mostly going to be demoting people who are not active, keep playing, helping, and being friendly and you have nothing to worry about.

I vote for a staff meeting every month... to come up with guidelines that they can be evaluated on? Maybe get a topic going so we can voice our opinion upon decisions?

you can post suggestions here lol. I also welcome player opinions on all staff members.

Well i notice that alot of staff memebers arent on so much ya know? and a few of the ones that do get on dont seem to do anything.... not gonna mention any names
