well you use photoshop with a add on but this one was made a different way in which i dont take credit for xD

you need to download a .dds extension for photoshop in order to open the casual files. after that you just edit the colours, or re design it into anything you want Smile

search it in on Google, there should be plenty of ways to download it. You'll need to extract it into your PhotoShop Plugins folder after you download it.
